Pre-Order & Subscription Policy
For the CollectiVerse Pre-Order App and other channels for ordering product.
Here at CollectiVerse, we are happy to offer pre-orders and subscription on comics books and the capacity to order select toys and collectibles.
We are happy to offer:
10% Off print items (comics, trades, hardcovers, etc.)
5% Off all other collectibles.
We ask all orders are picked up up within a week of arrival. Order outstanding past 3 weeks will be considered abandoned and all order cancelled until account is cleared. Please notify us at collectiverse@outlook.com if you need more time.
If you order something super expensive we will contact you for a deposit or pre-payment.
Previews will display the U.S. SRP when ordering. Please know we sell products at a converted Canadian price. All collectibles will be sold at the exchange rate for the invoice, less your discount. Comics will be sold based on our general pricing schedule, minus your discount (3.99 US cover books are sold at 5.30 Canadian, etc).
